“A meritocracy is the best implement a society can adopt owing to the difficulty in achieving it”

I am a high school student vastly interested in global economic affairs and the macro perspective of entrepreneurship. Through new concepts like microfinance, it has been demonstrated that millions of those living under the poverty line can be brought up with just an intermittent $20 loan. This implies that globally, poverty is on the decline, and we can speed it up handily.

In this respect, the new generations of students like myself have to take initiative and make use of these new trends. Connecting high schoolers to startups, internships, and financial literacy opportunities are the best ways to capitalize on this. Currently, I work with entrepreneurship incubator programs like GATSVI to encourage entrepreneurship in school clubs and competitions.

I have written extensively on global economics and entrepreneurship in the media and have knowledge on the macro-impact of these connections. I believe that empowering students with these connection resources, eschewing the harms caused by education budget cuts is imperative in the 21st century. Especially now, as I move forward with my startup Zeta Management Consulting, I see the consequences of neglecting education.

I also host a podcast about teenage entrepreneurship and college admissions (Admissions Uncovered).  I’m also the author of Seeds of Hope, a book detailing my volunteer experiences as a Microfinance volunteer for rural farmers.
